Payment

Please note that the use of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is not accepted.

Also note that insurance is not accepted for couples counseling. Please inquire if your are interested in additional information on how couples counseling works.

Payment is required at the time of service to cover co-pay, co-insurance and insurance deductibles. Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted. A self-pay option is available for clients without insurance.

Insurance claims will be filed by JCM Counseling unless the client prefers to file.  Completion of release of information and insurance carrier disclosure forms are required for filing.
